Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties including operating CNC machines, training others, and assisting in the development and improvement of machining processes and equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining centers and turning centers setup, operation, and programming
- Proven experience setting up fixtures, calculating feed rates and cutting speeds
- Prior experience with CNC programming and program editing is required
- Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol, or Trak CNC controls is highly preferred
- Experience with MasterCam is a plus
- Manual machining experience is a plus
- ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma and/or 5S experience is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
