Requirements

- Secure the quality via SOP audit dialogues, and execution of the SOPs
- Drive performance of the team and employees
- Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings, and related activities
- Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
- Control of quality, deviations, and line stops
- Leading or supporting claim handling related to production
- Leading ALPS relevant activities: TPM, 5S, PRP, SOP, Kaizan, etc.
- Perform audits according to ALPS
- Drive and lead DSB meetings within cell
- Secure production plan are followed
- Continuously Improve productivity and efficiency
- Support and execute according to code and regulations
- Leading and develop the people in team according to YOU program
- Purchase and manage indirect material, control own cost account
- Implement ISO, ASME, Nuclear management system in the factory
