Job Description
Maine's largest licensed childcare facility is seeking enthusiastic Afterschool Childcare Counselors to lead programs and guide children in the classroom. The role involves implementing curriculum, managing behavior, ensuring safety, and assisting with all program activities. Staff will participate in arts and crafts, games, and education programs.
Requirements
- High School Education or GED
- 16 years of age or older
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification
- Basic childcare skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with children at various skill levels
