Job Description
The Athletics/Field Sport Specialist is responsible for planning and leading safe, engaging, and age-appropriate athletic programming for campers ages 5–15. This role focuses on teaching proper techniques, sportsmanship, and confidence while making sure every camper feels included and has fun.
Requirements
- Plan and execute daily athletics activities
- Instruct different levels of skill and safety classes
- Maintain athletics equipment and inspect issues
- Provide first aid in emergency situations
- Act as a senior staff member
