Procurement and Facilities Supervisor

Procurement and Facilities Supervisor oversees procurement of goods and services, laboratory consumables, field equipment, and third-party services. Responsible for operational management and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and fully functional workplace environment.

Requirements

• Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and local Indonesian import/export regulations for laboratory equipment
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
• Capability to forecast supply needs based on operational trends
• Ability to take decisive action in resolving supply chain disruptions or vendor disputes
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in the testing, inspection, or mining services industry is highly preferred
• Experience working in a global/international company is desirable
