
Job description
The Customer Lifecycle Manager is a lifecycle marketing expert who builds smart, personalized customer journeys that drive retention, loyalty, and revenue. They lead, coach, and develop a team, create and manage automations & campaigns, and improve personalization across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels.
Create and manage automations & campaigns, improve personalization, oversee marketing automation performance, oversee email design and messaging best practices, and build, optimize, and scale customer journeys in platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo or Braze.
The role requires experience leading, coaching, or managing a small team, 3+ years of experience in email and database marketing, and a proven track record in developing, implementing and analyzing automated customer journeys.
