Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator responsible for handling orders, routing, returns, re-scheduling, cancellations, complaints, and refunds to customers. Coordinates activities with OPA, Showroom Storekeepers, and labourers. Handles dispatch with internal teams and 3rd parties.

Requirements

• Maintain distribution schedules
• Establish correspondence with customers
• Manage correspondence with various departments
• Handle customer complaints
• Follow up with 3rd party delivery agents
• Solve picking issues
• Help Showroom Storekeepers
• Send daily performance reports
• Process deliveries and customer returns
• Ensure accuracy and correctness of information
• Print system documents
• Log information in systems regularly
• Plan work effectively
• Check Payment on Delivery Outstanding-ageing list
• Coordinate with local and central colleagues
• Process Order Cancellation and Returns
