The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales growth of automotive consumables (lubricants, tires, and batteries). This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service to build long-term business relationships. The candidate must demonstrate strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for lubricants, tires, and batteries.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate and follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing with customers.
- Expand client base including retail customers, workshops, fleets, and industrial accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all lubricant, tire, and battery product lines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and service teams.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and adherence to company credit policies.
