Part-Time Academic - Part-Time Professor

We are looking for a part-time Professor to teach an Electrophysiology course at our Ottawa Campus. The successful candidate will have experience in an electrophysiology lab and teaching experience in a post-secondary setting.

Requirements

• Registered with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists, in good standing (preferred)
• Minimum three (3) year advanced diploma in Cardiovascular Technology or related field. Degree an asset
• Minimum of five (5) years of recent work experience in an electrophysiology lab
• Minimum two (2) years of teaching experience including preceptorship experience, preferably in a post-secondary setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of student success strategies in a post-secondary setting
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of educational technologies
• Highly effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• A clear commitment to supporting learner success
