Senior Network & Security Administrator

We're Hiring: Senior Network & Security Administrator to manage and strengthen the organization's network infrastructure and cybersecurity framework. Ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing network environments while supporting enterprise IT operations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
• Administer, configure, and optimize network devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Monitor network performance and security events to ensure system reliability and protection.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation measures to strengthen security posture.
• Maintain and enforce network security policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve network outages and security incidents.
• Lead network upgrades, patching cycles, and firmware updates across infrastructure components.
• Manage user access control systems and ensure appropriate privilege management.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Investigate and respond to network and security incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct disaster recovery (DR) drills and ensure network security systems are integrated with Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IT team members.
