We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Event Marketing Coordinator to support our event marketing team. This role involves task-execution and coordination, vendor coordination, logistics, internal communication, event tracking, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, process-driven, and comfortable keeping multiple moving pieces organized.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, executive assistant, or similar support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using SharePoint
