Job Description
Alice & Bob is developing a universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world's toughest problems. They are seeking a Quantum Experimentalist on the Performance Optimization (PoP) team to drive innovation in their cat-qubit processors, measuring, characterizing, and optimizing their quantum circuits. The team collaborates with internal teams to advance their experimental roadmap.
Requirements
- PhD or postdoc and 3+ years of experience driving experimental work in quantum mechanics
- Expertise in Microwave control and measurement of superconducting quantum circuits
- Solid experience with data analysis and comparison to theory or numerical simulations
- First-hand experience with circuit design, simulation, and error correction protocols
- Strong gate design and benchmarking skills
- Ability to showcase Scientific Writing skills
- Professional-level English proficiency
