Senior Project Manager / Quantum Computing (F/H)

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of strategic customer programs, ensuring measurable customer value, delivery excellence, and revenue protection. Requirements

• Strong mastery of customer-facing project/program management
• Demonstrated delivery discipline: On Time / On Budget / On Target
• Experience managing revenue impact, project margins, and financial KPIs
• Risk, change, and escalation management in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management (executive-level internal & external)
• Ability to operate in high-uncertainty, deeptech / R&D-driven contexts
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing project or program management
