Job Description
The Nurse Residency Program at University of Vermont Health provides new nurses with knowledge, skills, and critical behaviors needed to succeed in their career. The program includes classes, hands-on skills sessions, and precepted clinical experiences. Newly graduated nurses will engage with experienced nurses, nurse educators, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Newly graduated nurses with a May 2026 graduation date are eligible to apply.
- Must be eligible for licensure in Vermont or New York.
