Project Manager

Alif established its first European R&D site in Oulu, Finland, and is looking for a Project Manager to drive projects and help build the future of tech. The role involves overseeing projects in Digital IC Design and Software teams, aligning with business goals and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Contribution to the definition of the program’s scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resources
• Developing detailed project plans, task assignments and milestones
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on expectations
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to executives
• Optimize processes for efficiency
• Understanding of the technology in Software development and Digital IC Design
• Familiarity with Embedded Software
• Familiarity with engineering processes
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate with teams across engineering, product and business
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to influence
• Ability to manage expectations and provide clear status updates
• Experience in creating reports and program documentation
• Excellent people skills
