Job Description
Benefits Operations Administrator will process all activities related to client benefits plans with high accuracy and timeliness, consistently meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and develop a strong understanding of client plan provisions and related documentation.
Requirements
- US Pension / 401k / Payroll processing skills
- Process documentation & SOP creation
- Accountability & ownership
- Analytical & Critical thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transaction-based processing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage workload in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level
- Experience with AI tools in a professional setting preferred
