Job Description
We're looking for a HRO Processing Associate II to join our team. As an associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to participants, identifying process improvements, and working with leads to resolve participant issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office, Excel)
- Good analytical skills & attention to detail
