Alight is looking for a Senior Product Owner - Healthcare Navigation to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver user-centered healthcare navigation solutions. This role requires strong expertise in product management, backlog ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health product development
• Building or supporting healthcare navigation, care coordination, or benefits navigation platforms
• Delivering user-centered digital products that enhance member and client experiences
• Supporting Agile development teams through backlog management, sprint planning, and ceremonies
• Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for product development teams
• Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex requirements
