Job Description
Conceives, investigates, evaluates, and makes recommendations for new equipment, tooling and processes to improve safety, reliability, capacity and reduce costs. Performs CNC Programming of complex Aerospace components, analysis, design, and/or assembly related to manufacturing or industrial engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience, or 5+ years of experience.
- 3 + years of CNC machinist experience
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions
- CAD/CAM CNC Mill programming of complex aerospace components
- Proficiency in NX or Mastercam preferred
- Workplace holding and fixture design/illustration
- Experience with GibbsCam a plus
- Proficiency in CNC Lathe programming a plus.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programs and Windows operating system
