Job Description
This CNC Machinist position offers a shift differential and works on weekend shifts. Key responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC milling and turning centers, interpreting complex engineering drawings, and performing in-process and final inspections.
Requirements
- 5-6 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent with advanced machining or technical training
- Strong understanding of aerospace drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and equipment
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
