Job Description
Cleans, deburrs, polishes, or grinds items of metal, plastic, or rubber by performing various duties with relevant equipment, adhering to precise processes and taking measurements to detect nonconformities.
Requirements
- Experience and Education: 1-2 years of relevant experience
- High school degree or equivalent, plus advanced training
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Understand and obey safety requirements
- Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris
