Estimator

Collects and analyzes data to estimate the time, money, resources, and labor required for product manufacturing or services, and consults with internal and external suppliers to discuss estimates and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience
• Ability to make reliable predictions as it relates to cost and be comfortable making impactful decisions
• Must be comfortable communicating with outside customers
• Basic to intermediate computer skills required (Outlook, Excel, Work, etc.)
• Comfortable using 3D software such as AutoCAD or equivalent
• Ability to become familiar with multiple customer specifications and requirements
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of machining and sheet metal manufacturing process
• Ability to interpret standard drawing tolerances and GD&T callouts
• Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to get along with co-workers, peer's, and other departments
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
