Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Specialist to partner with finance and operations teams to ensure Epicor is used effectively, consistently, and in alignment with Epicor best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar specializing in Epicor ERP
- Strong understanding of the Manufacturing business
- In-Depth knowledge of the entire Epicor lifecycle, finance, supply chain, forecasting, demand planning, MRP/MPS, AP Automation, Scheduling, Quality control, order fulfillment, purchasing, inventory control.
- Experience with tools that integrate with Epicor complementing and improving business productivity
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting project activities, including coordination, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders
- Strong SQL and BAQ development
- Strong understanding of Epicor table structures, relationships, and architecture
- Hands-on experience with dashboard creation, BPMs and Data Directives
- Experience with working in multi-company or multi-site Epicor environments
