Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing mission-critical electrical construction projects (data centers preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and redundancy strategies
• Experience with commissioning, load testing, and power systems (PDUs, RPPs, STS, etc.)
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage subcontractors
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and related codes
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Willingness to travel
