Tax and Compliance Manager

Join Align as a Tax and Compliance Manager and take ownership of the firm's multi-state tax and regulatory compliance function. As the organization's internal subject matter expert, you will ensure compliance with state and municipal registration, licensing, and tax obligations across jurisdictions. Work closely with the company's registered agent, external advisors, accounting team, and auditors to manage registrations, filings, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance, state and local tax (SALT), or regulatory compliance
• Strong ability to research and interpret state tax laws and regulatory requirements independently
