Job Description
Canon USA is seeking an experienced Copier Field Service Technician for our Digital Solutions Engineer III position. This position is based in the Western U.S. and will support Canon USAs dealers, resellers, and third-party service providers located throughout the Canons West region.
Requirements
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent training in military or trade school
- A+, Net+, or equivalent network/connectivity certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing Canon or other manufacturers' office-level digital imaging products
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
- Proven ability in the proper use of digital multi-meters for the troubleshooting of both AC/DC voltages
