Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will drive several routine and ad hoc functions in FR&A, assisting with reporting functions, participating in testing/validations for system implementations or system changes, and working on process improvements throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of progressive financial reporting and accounting experience, in the financial services industry or with a major public accounting firm
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP) and IFRS
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Intense attention to detail
• Fondness towards fixing broken processes and being unafraid to challenge the norm
• High problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to connect the dots
