Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management consulting with a focus on the telecommunications industry
• High financial and analytical skills
• Proven project/program delivery: structured problem-solving, planning/control of workstreams, measurable result responsibility
• Classic consulting skills: analytical excellence, hypothesis-driven work, storylining & executive-ready communication, stakeholder management up to C-level
• Excellent communicative and interactive skills
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving personalities
• Very good academic background; Master, Diploma, PhD or comparable degree
• German and English fluent, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• High travel readiness in hybrid work model (remote, office, client-site)
• Current passport holders, citizenship, and/or work permit for Germany
