Management Consultant - Organizational Transformation / cross Industry (m/w/d)

AlixPartners is a global consulting firm seeking a Management Consultant with experience in organizational transformation and cross-industry expertise. The role involves working on complex, high-stakes assignments, developing implementable solutions, and coordinating multiple work streams.

Requirements

• 3-11 years of relevant professional/consulting experience
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs, revenue growth, outsourcing, personnel optimization, and shared services
• High financial and analytical skills, modeling competencies, and deep understanding of financial reports
• Excellent communicative and interactive skills
• Problem-solving-oriented, entrepreneurial, and strongly analytical personality
• Very good academic background (Master's, Diploma, PhD, or comparable degree)
• Fluent German and English (C1), additional foreign languages an asset
• Strong willingness to travel in a hybrid work model (remote, office, client-site)
• Applicants must have a work permit that allows them to travel and work in the EU
