Requirements
- Four to eight years of experience in consulting and industry within manufacturing/operations
- Proven exposure to manufacturing performance improvement, footprint optimization, supply chain & logistics, sourcing & procurement, working-capital, and digital operations/analytics
- MBA or Master's degree with a strong academic track record
- Excellent analytical and modelling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint fluency
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel and work outside standard business hours
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office + remote)
