• 2-4 years of business consulting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Hands-on operational mindset
• Analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage related analytics, reports, and metrics
• High energy style, flexible, and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel applications
