Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and support the growing needs of our e-commerce business. The role involves managing daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable, preparing accurate financial statements, and analyzing order profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Prior exposure to online platforms such as Zid, Salla, Shopify, or WooCommerce
- Familiarity with accounting systems like Daftra, Odoo, or QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment cycles, payment gateways, and COD accounting treatment
- Solid grasp of inventory accounting, COGS tracking, and revenue recognition principles in a digital commerce context
