Job Description
Alkegen is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the local accounting team, work closely with shared services, and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The individual will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with larger business operations organizations. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, identifying areas for cost reduction, and preparing financial statements in accordance with Local and US GAAP accounting standards.
Requirements
- Masterâs degree in accounting or a relevant field
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related role (5/10 years)
- Advanced knowledge of French Accounting and Tax related legislation
- Excellent Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERPs
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Good communication skills, written and verbal (French & English are mandatory)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and an open mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs
