Job Description
Alkegen seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance teams and ensure high equipment uptime, reliability, and lifecycle performance across the facility. The role requires strong leadership experience, a background in industrial equipment, and the ability to implement and sustain CMMS-based maintenance and reliability programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related discipline)
- 7–10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or engineering roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing maintenance teams or supervisors
- Strong background in industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Experience implementing and sustaining CMMS-based maintenance and reliability programs
