Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, data analysis software)
