Production Supervisor - 1st shift

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team at Alkegen in Columbiana, Ohio. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for evaluating machine resources, establishing production schedules, and maintaining corporate and plant safety policies.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Highly motivated and Metrics/KPI Data driven
• Ability to work in noisy environments
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, walk, twist, lift, stand, push and pull material
• Strong time management and priorities management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with BPCS is a plus
