Tool and Die Maker I

Tool and Die Maker I responsible for maintaining and repairing machine shop tools using machining operations and measuring instruments, working effectively independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and tool and die experience
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in order to maintain quality standards
• Ability to accurately calculate dimensions and tolerances of tools
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
