Project Manager

All 5's Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Doors, Frames, and Hardware team in Las Vegas, NV. A successful candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry, a high school diploma, and a degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Requirements

• Supervise and develop direct reports on team
• Contribute to estimating team on estimates
• Conduct initial plan review and participate in project kickoff meeting
• Review Prime Contract and ensure all requirements are understood
• Develop project chart of accounts and create Master Project Schedule
• Create and execute Purchase Orders and Purchase Order log
• Conduct ongoing plan reviews and maintain a thorough understanding of project documents
• Prepare safety plan and implement safety procedures
• Manage all costs, budgets, billings, and financials on the project
• Attend, lead, and participate in all project meetings
• Manage relationships with project participants
• Manage closeout of all subcontractor contracts
• Perform other duties as assigned
