Project Manager

All 5's Construction is seeking Project Managers to join our Specialties team in Los Angeles & Orange County, CA. A Project Manager is primarily responsible for the management and coordination of the project team, and assumes overall responsibility and accountability for all components and success of the project.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry.
• High school diploma required.
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with specialty scopes such as specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, exterior cladding systems, building expansion joints, wall protection, building accessories and door & hardware.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Exposure or experience with Primavera P6 or other construction accounting and scheduling programs.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry.
• Ability to lead and desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.
