Senior Project Manager

All 5's Construction is seeking Senior Project Managers to join our Specialties team in Los Angeles & Orange County, CA. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating project teams, supervising direct reports, and ensuring the success of projects.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in the construction industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with specialty scopes such as specialty ceilings, acoustical wall panels, exterior cladding systems, building expansion joints, wall protection, building accessories and door & hardware
• High school diploma required
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a combination of relative construction experience and education
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Exposure or experience with Primavera P6 or other construction accounting and scheduling programs
• Positive attitude and eagerness to embrace new technology and tools in the industry
• Ability to lead and desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees

Benefits

• Salary: $140,000 + DOE
