Registered Behavior Technician

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a part-time, in-home role. The successful candidate will work alongside a BCBA to implement therapy plans and strategies.

Requirements

• RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
