Job Description
AEI Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Building Assessment division. The role involves performing property condition assessments, monitoring construction projects, and assisting with energy and ADA audits. Experience in property assessment and report writing is a plus. AEI Consultants offers a collaborative, flexible, and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous construction administration, construction management, architecture, engineering or similar experience
- Knowledge and experience in assessing various property types preferred
- Knowledge of the entitlement/permitting process and construction delivery methods and agreements
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced writing and communication skills
