We are looking for someone who can make e-commerce B2C something more than a nice online store with coffee. Someone who delivers results, takes care of data, increases conversion and is not afraid of responsibility for the entire commercial result.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce and work on sales KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, margin)
- Ability to execute sales strategies and deliver results
- Experience in managing the product offer and cooperation with Product and Purchasing
- Experience in planning and executing sales actions (commercial calendar)
- Strong analytical skills and making decisions based on data
- Experience in optimizing conversion and managing product exposure
- Understanding of Customer Journey and its optimization from a sales perspective
- Experience in cooperation with UX/UI and Product Owner
- Knowledge of the e-commerce market and competitor activities
- Self-reliance, ownership, and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work in an omnichannel environment (online + offline)
