As Head of Coffee Chain & Retail, you will be responsible for managing and developing the entire chain of coffee shops. We are looking for an inspiring leader who can motivate teams while also holding firm to KPIs and business processes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in managing a network (multi-site) in the Premium/Specialty segment
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to draw conclusions from tools
- English language - communicative level min. B2
- Business Intelligence (BI) in real-time and knowledge of POS systems
- Distributed management: Experience in maintaining standards in various locations
- Attention to detail: High sensitivity to detail (you see menu curves or extinguished lighting)
- Openness to implementing AI solutions for optimizing graphics and forecasting inventory
