Job Description
We are looking for a Junior IT Support to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and verifying reported errors, supporting colleagues with IT solutions, and managing equipment and networks in our office and cafes.
Requirements
- General knowledge in IT (CMS, ERP, Ecommerce, API)
- Knowledge of current computers and ability to change their configuration or replace components
- Familiarity with computer networks (LAN, WiFi) and devices used in them
- High analytical skills and ability to think solutions
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Knowledge of platforms for handling reports and errors
- Good communication and listening skills
- Sense of responsibility and good organization of work
