Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Information Technologies
- Understanding of the widespread use of IT in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of server, desktop, application, and virtualization concepts
- Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems
- Familiarity with enterprise imaging and update tools
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
