Job Description
This IT Support position focuses on implementing IT projects, processing Incidents, and maintaining the IT environment. Responsibilities include server administration, user account management, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate is a proficient IT professional with strong communication and independence skills.
Requirements
- Completed training, studies or a comparable qualification with IT focus
- Good knowledge of the network area (e.g. switching, VLAN)
- Knowledge in the areas of servers and virtualization (e.g. Windows Server, VMware, Proxmox)
- Initial practical experience in the implementation of own IT projects
- Fluent German language skills
- Driving license class B
