Job Description
All Juice is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing and supporting equipment at its Hendersonville facility. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, and performing physical tasks. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and dedicated to keeping production equipment running optimally.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V 3-phase power)
- Work on high-speed production equipment (cappers, fillers, labelers, bottling lines)
- Diagnose and fix issues with sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and motor drives
- Determine equipment repairs vs. replacements vs. modifications
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Visually inspect and test machinery
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery
- Strong mental reasoning, communication skills, and math skills
