Physical Therapist

Performs PT evaluation, creates treatment plans, provides services to improve mobility and relieve pain, and supervises physical therapist assistants. Documents evaluative findings, treatments, and patient response. Educates patients in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Performs administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited university physical therapy program
• Georgia State License granted by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy required
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR, BLS) certificates required
• Two years experience treating patients in an orthopedic setting preferred
