Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for completing building maintenance and unit-make-ready duties on multifamily residential buildings. Ideal candidate possesses basic maintenance skills and ability to communicate with residents and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred
• Proficient with general repairs/maintenance work, basic appliance repair, plumbing and electrical
